(More customer reviews)Out of box, the item was in poor shape; the base and pole had scuffs and were crudely repainted in several spots. Once assembled and placed on a flat surface, the chair would tip as soon as it was sat on. Very dangerous! When contacted about the claimed 3 year warranty, the owner told us to mail the chair back even though it was defective on numerous counts. Unfortunately, the $80 chair cost $72 to mail back via UPS. South Mission basically told us we were out of luck. Shady company to say the least.
