They didn't respond to our emails asking for help until we escalated the dispute. Only then did they offer to help, but they stated that we had to return the items at our own cost, which was unacceptable. We're not paying close to $100 to return their mistakes! Avoid & beware!

(More customer reviews)We ordered this set of two counter height stools and love them! They look great in our kitchen. The color of the upholstery's just a little darker than the picture but we didn't mind because the chairs look beautiful and are of good quality.
We had read in the reviews that the chairs shipped quickly. For some reason, our order did not ship until 1 week after we placed the order and so it took a little over two weeks for the delivery.
Assembly was very straightforward and the chairs came with good instructions. We will probably order another set but will see if we can have them shipped sooner this time.

I did and had no problems with bumps in the leather. Note that the weight limit is 200 lbs. I'm 40 lbs more and have not had a problem yet, but have only sat 10 min or less at a time.

Set Of 2 White & Chrome Finish Air Lift Adjustable Swivel Bar Stools Review

(More customer reviews)Received the item today from the seller, South Mission. I have to say I am very disappointed on a few counts.
First, the item is defective. There are numerous spots on the metal which are rusted. Parts are flimsy or inoperative. There are numerous stains and discolorations on the metal.
Second, the item is filthy. It is covered in black tar or grease in numerous spots.
Third, the item is advertised as being chrome, however, it is clear in multiple places that it is painted silver or silver tone and not chrome.
Finally, the package arrived in a totally unacceptable state. The box was ripped up in numerous spots and appears to have been haphazardly taped up prior to shipment. There was also zero padding inside so the items were bouncing around against each other.
I wouldn't recommend this item, and I'd avoid South Mission as well.
