(More customer reviews)Like the other reviewer, we also received defective chairs. However, the company was not easy to deal with. They didn't respond to our emails asking for help until we escalated the dispute. Only then did they offer to help, but they stated that we had to return the items at our own cost, which was unacceptable. We're not paying close to $100 to return their mistakes! Avoid & beware!
