(More customer reviews)Well this product did not come with any screws or instructions....given the fact that it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out how to assemble four pieces, instructions weren't neccessary. I will say that the parts were package as if they were blind. It did not come in it's original box so therefore it explains why it was missing screws and instructions which is not very good service in my opinion. I did contact Amazon regarding this matter and they explained that they were not liable for it and would not send me the missing screws. It may not be a big thing but I was fortunate that I was just missing the screws. I will never use Amazon again because if I order anything else which had more parts that were missing...THEY WON'T BE LIABLE. In my book, that only means they don't care about their customer service and will blow you off. I've dealt with missing parts from other websites and have received credit or they were replaced so all I can say is that AMAZON SUCKS with their customer service. I will continue to not recommend Amazon to everyone I speak as bad news travels faster. If you are reading this review...please close your window and go somewhere else.

Al I had to do was take them out, put them in my kitchen, and ready to go! Actually very comfy also with the scooped seat.

(More customer reviews)Overall, I was very satisfied with the barstools. The color was slightly different than I had expected, but still looks great in my kitchen. I was surprised, however, to find grooved notches on top of the seat, on the corners. From the photos I thought it was a piece of wood notched into each corner and stained a darker color. Not a big deal, I just was expecting a completely smooth seat. Seems to be sturdy and well constructed. Assembly didn't take long and easy to figure out. Great buy!

This is perfect - lightweight but solid plastic, nice design and inexpensive. I have had mine for 6 months and use it a lot. I think this makes much more sense than a bench.

(More customer reviews)This is a very nice and sturdy barstool, it looks very clean and contemporary and is comfortable. it does have a lower back than others, but i wanted this feature so the entire thing can slide under the bar counter. be careful that you are getting either one or two for the price listed, apparently they are sometimes sold individually and also as a pair.

(More customer reviews)I love Ashley furniture! I have a new leather/walnut trimmed sofa and matching chair that I just purchased and am in love. Therefore, when I saw these Ashley stools at a local retailer, (cheaper than on Amazon and no shipping) yesterday, I knew it was a product I could trust. Very sturdy although they are metal. Seat is oversized and very comfortable. Swivel funtionality is great. Seat fabric is thick and a nice design and foam in cushion is very dense so it will last a long time. However, since I was looking for a bar stool that was actually taller than 24" but not 30", this was my match...because of the padding on the seat, the seat is actually 26" from the floor. I thought I should mention that so you could take into consideration how much leg room you needed. THESE STOOLS ARE VERY ATTRACTIVE, TOO!

I really needed this piece of funiture, but it's such a hastle to make returns and exchanges. Not only do you have to mail everything back the way it was sent, they also want you to take pictures of the damaged pieces. Once they receive the package, it is up to the company whether or not they want to accept the return and/or exchange. Wouldn't want to buy anything from them ever again. The return/exchange process is too much of a hastle plus more waiting.

Carolina Cottage Pub Counter Stool Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased one of these a month or so ago and liked it so bought another. Was looking for a small scale plain white stool and it met my needs. The first one came with instructions that were not very helpful, I called the company, they were very nice, answered my questions and I was able to put it together but need to drill some holes in the seat - there were no holes pre-drilled.
Second stool came with no instructions and this one had seat configuration that was different than the first. While I was trying to put it together one of the pegs broke off. I called the company and asked them to send replacement parts (one side section and one cross bar). Man was very accommodating but it's been over a week and haven't received the parts yet. Hopefully they will arrive soon.
Overall, I don't think the quality is that great.

Uppity Glass Adjustable Bar Table Review

(More customer reviews)The table is not a substantial piece of furniture. Despite looking pretty good, there is something flawed in its design. When a typical amount of pressure is applied to the top (such as two people resting their elbows on it) the table starts to descend when you don't want it to.
My advice, keep shopping for better options out there.

(More customer reviews)I've had these stools for almost a year and, once I finally got them assembled, they have worked out just fine. They feel sturdy and stable, and the paint is holding up well. However, these were an absolute nightmare to assemble. It's nearly impossible to get the screw into place due to the awkward design. In addition, every single screw stripped and wouldn't fit into place. The screws included were so cheap that I had to buy all new screws at the hardware store. Plan on several hours of frustration, and a fair share of cursing, when assembling these.

They are comfortable to sit in and well padded. We are very happy overall. The only complaint we have is that they were difficult and frustrating to assemble. The leg pieces don't fit together well, and the hardware is cheap. We had to make it work. Our determination paid off though and we are happy with the outcome.

Saddle Seat Counter Stool Review

(More customer reviews)These stools appear well built with a decent rustic finish. The 24" size is perfect for our standard countertop height bar. They are all solid hardwood of unknown type, looks like the ends of the legs are turned and pegged into the base, then mainly screwed together perhaps they used glue too. They came fully assembled. We have had them for a few months and they get a good bit of use with no real signs of issues or wear.
Can't complain about any aspect of these, no shipping issues, went from the box to instant use, I did put some plastic slider feet on them later, and curved saddle seat is about as comfortable a shape as you get with a hardwood seat.
