(More customer reviews)Although I received my furniture within a reasonable time, the contents inside were damaged and all banged up. I really needed this piece of funiture, but it's such a hastle to make returns and exchanges. Not only do you have to mail everything back the way it was sent, they also want you to take pictures of the damaged pieces. Once they receive the package, it is up to the company whether or not they want to accept the return and/or exchange. Wouldn't want to buy anything from them ever again. The return/exchange process is too much of a hastle plus more waiting.
