(More customer reviews)I was impressed with how quickly the bar stools arrived. However, one of them has a dent in the seat. And one of the leg caps is broken, so I just went and bought all new leg caps. It's too much hassle to return an item of this size. I should be able to request a replacement part, AND THEN send the damaged piece back once I have received the new item. Or I should be able to request credit for choosing to keep the partially damaged item.
