(More customer reviews)I ordered a cushion which I thought was a cushion which would fit and stay on my stool I use for teaching at school.
It had no way whatsoever of staying on a stool, just sat on top of it. I told the Company, asked for a refund, and was told I'd have to pay a re-stocking fee and my own postage on top of that. It seems that if the product is not properly described that they should reimburse in full. There was no way I could tell it was NOT the kind of cushion I needed by the information and photo they provided. So, their bad communication and misrepresentation left me with losing some money and more time than a school teacher can afford to lose by having to haggle over a miscellaneous cushion seat. I will never do business with them again. In fact, it will also affect how much I shop outside of Amazon.com.
