(More customer reviews)I ordered these on the 7th and had them by the 11th. For looks these would be ok, but I would not recommend them for everyday family use. The first box I opened had two broken parts. I called customer service and the extension specifically for customer service was answered right away. I told her I need a replacement part and without warning I was trasnfered to a general voice mailbox. I called her back and she did not answer. After a few phone calls I got another person, who said she would mail me a new part. For the product itself, I found the wood color nice and the black leather look in the front very nice. I was very disappointed with the rear view, which is the most visable. In the picture on Amazon it does not show a rear view. I expected it would be a smooth stitch much like the front, however the rear has about a two inch (estimate) role around the edge on the top and two sides. It completely took away from the contemporary look and made them look more dated. I also found the back height very low, the rear height was almost equal to the height at the edge of the bar (Raised Counter) height in my kitchen. The directions are very poorly written, but after a little trial and error you can figure it out. After consideration, I am sending them back. They should add a rear photo to the product page, so people know it is different from the front view in design.
