(More customer reviews)They are smaller than I expected and do not fit my bar stools. The sides are very nice; the stretch elastic is good quality; the top is shiny vinyl and not what I expected; the sides are the black matte vinyl that one usually sees on bar stools. I had to return them as they were not large enough for my stool top cushion.
