(More customer reviews)I ordered a pair of these from amazon.The stools seem to be a good size. One of the stools had defective front legs so that the slots for the front stretcher and the side stretchers were reversed. This is a serious defect and it was my hope that Linon would send me a set of front legs that were properly manufactured. Linon will not help. After sending an email detailing the problem and asking for the correct part, I was told "Please contact the retailer for an exchange or refund." The cost of shipping to return this stool to Amazon would be more than half the original cost and I would have no way of knowing if the replacement would also be defective. I am left with a defective product and a company that seems uninterested in providing a good product. In my opinion, this is very poor customer service.
