(More customer reviews)We ordered this item several weeks ago and have been utterly disappointed with the quality of the chairs as well as the customer service received from South Mission. In a nutshell, the metal is a very cheap alloy, very flimsy in construction, and not chrome as stated. Further, there were numerous patches of mold on the base, which is an obvious health hazard. It looks like someone tried to paint over the mold, but it came up through the paint they applied. In short, this item was a total miss. Avoid this set of chairs and South Mission.
