I believe Amazon.com is responsible and should reimburse me for the return postage I incurred.

If I understand it correctly, my A-Z Guarantee claim was refused. I spoke to a representative named Audrey who said
it would be reconsidered. I have not received a response to that request
I find it hard to believe that Amazon. com does not stand behind a mistake that appears to be clearly theirs.
Perhaps, the mistake was made in the manufacturer's communication with Amazon. (The box was clearly marked 24 ") In that case it becomes Amazon's responsibility to settle with the manufacturer and not pass the burden for the error on to the consumer.
Every stool, including the one I purchased describes the seat height of the article.
The stools I purchased as you can see from the listing were described as 37.5 inches high, which is NOT the seat hight.
I purchased them because I have a high counter and they were for little children
who usually need a "booster' on their seats;however, Amazon.com was listing the height of the back of the chair - the seat height was 24"
Boraam industries has accepted the return and I am being credited with $238.
Leaving me with a bill of $77 throuhg no fault of my own.

If every other stool did not quote the actual seat height, I would say I was mistaken. This inconsistency on Amazon's part is clearly their fault.
