(More customer reviews)this stool is absolutely gorgeous and looks and feels very high-end. it weighs over 50 pounds, which sets it apart from many other look-alike stools out there. the problem is, the seat is very hard. the leather seat is bonded right to the seat without any padding or cushion. if you want it "for the look" this is a great stool, but, if you want to sit on it for any amount of time...ouch! after trying this one, we settled for another baxton leather stool that is a little less "sleek", but, much much more comfy.
