(More customer reviews)I ordered four stools on June 1. They arrived promptly and look very stylish. The walnut color is quite dark and a little bit more red than expected but very nice.
I am, however, very disappointed with how the stools were packaged. Two boxes arrived at my house, each with 2 stools. One wood seat in each box was severely scratched and damaged due to the metal poles having nothing but a thin, chintzy layer of newspaper covering the ends. As such, the poles scraped up 2 seats.
What's even more disappointing is that I have called and emailed Vandue to try and get some resolution. Today is day 3 of my attempting to contact them and I have yet to get a hold of ANYONE or even the courtesy of a return phone call.
Bottom line? Nice stools, but I would order from someplace else.
