(More customer reviews)We ordered and received this item from South Mission but were quite disappointed with the item we received. The description is misleading and says the metal has chrome accents, but this is not true. It is simply an aluminum alloy. Ours was in terrible shape out of box; the metal was dented and rusty and was an obviously subpar item set out by the company. The return was a giant pain, and the owner refused to accommodation a return. He wanted us to pay out of pocket to return the item even though it was defective...$65 via UPS, when the chair is not even that expensive. Beware South Mission.
