Shipped in thin factory boxes which had several holes in them upon arrivival (one of which was taped over, indicating prior to shippment that the box was too thin). Should have double boxed to better protect contents. Chair measurements were outside dimensions, leading one to believe the chair was adult size. Actual seat area is ONLY 12" DEEP by 13" WIDE with a forward slope/shape, designed for a 12 year old or younger child NOT designed for an adult. Because it is plastic, it is difficult to remain seated in the chair, you find yourself constantly slipping/sliding forward. The design is nice and very light weight. My suggestion is that the manufacturer should make the actual seating area much larger (18" deep and 20" wide) so that an average adult could sit in it comfortably, and slope the seating area to the back to help prevent sliding. Overall a great chair for the kids, but not for adults.
